As American colonists in the 1700’s, the Shakers created furniture that embodied their values – simplicity and modesty. The comfortable, timeless Shaker design still makes a graceful statement in homes today. Shown here in Rustic Cherry, we chose to accent the group with a black rub-through finish. The Shaker bench to the left of the table is shown in Oak and features a lift-top with storage – a handy place to keep place mats, runners, and napkins.
